Florida Native Trees Direct has a strict No Refund and No Return policy. Please make your plant selections carefully. If any plants in your order cannot be located, your credit card will be credited prior to delivery of the balance of your order.

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of $75 per delivery to locations in Miami-Dade County, Florida regardless of the number of plants purchased. At checkout you'll leave your email address and subsequently be notified of your delivery date when your order is ready to go. Upon delivery, a photo will typically be taken and sent to your email address to confirm your plants have arrived.
